The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly!

The one elevator was broken and the other elevator's buttons were switched! So to go up, you had to push the down.

The hotel was clean, updated, and easy to find and navigate through. The pool and grill area was so lovely.
Negatives:
The continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Some of the food that was cooked felt inedible, but I did appreciated the dietary friendly options.

The staff were very friendly and tried very hard to fix the issues we had.
Negatives:
When we arrived at the hotel, our room was filthy! I ended up cleaning it myself. The second morning of our stay, we found a bed bug. The hotel, in general, was not super clean.

The included breakfast was a typical continental type.

There was a slight pet odor in the floor we were in. More so in the hallway than the room.
