Negatives: You could feel the bed springs when laying down

Negatives: It had an overly large bathroom that took away from the room you could hear every other room around it as the floors are hard wood so the room echoed the front desk lady was very rude when I questioned why I was being charged a 100$ deposit for a 45$ a night stay she said it’s in your booking information you have to read the fine print . In the morning I questioned how long a hold would be as I wasn’t expecting a 100$ fee she said depends probably 10 days !! Just ridiculous there were notes everywhere everything from we aren’t responsible for your vehicle or theft to a note in the shower explaining not to push the faucet just to turn it the heater when I turned it on smelled like something was burning like old hair the elevator had a glitch that stopped you several seconds and the ice machine o the 3rd floor didn’t work curtains had odd stain on them
