Bed sheets had stains, tv did not turn on and also had no remote, paid $20 for breakfast only to find out it was supposed to be included (paid the $20 on booking.com) not the hotels fault but something to note for others using booking.com

Unfortunately, my trip was longer than I expected, despite calling a few hours prior to check-in to inform them of my delay and request to waive any charges due to my financial constraints, they disregarded my plea and proceeded to charge me the full amount for two bedrooms regardless.
