Positives:
It was very conveniently located for our trip. Lay out was good, easy to get in and out for loading and unloading. The availability to accept my dog was a major plus.
Negatives:
We went down around 7:30 and the coffee was not ready, nor anything for breakfast. When you are on the road you need to be able o get going early.

Always had hot water; the room (#113) was quiet. It was easy access to the road and the restaurant across the street.

We would have preferred a step-in shower. The toilet was too low. The price of a can of soda was too expensive--especially since the machine would only take cash. The restaurant sodas were less expensive than the Inn. That almost NEVER happens.

Over priced room 500 for one night what a joke. Room should have chocolates and a butler for that price. Room was average nothing special. Plus facilities were not working no pool no spaw.

I came to meet up with my Son. We dont see each other much. He lives in Colorado, I live in Utah. I asked for a late check out at 2 to spend with my Son. They refused and didnt even care. I was able to check out at 12:00 in stead of 11:00. And the manger made a point of saying it was at no charge. I checked in at 09:30 pm. Bad customer service. I will never return.

Too expensive for the quality: our remote controls were not working on both rooms; shampoo wasnt a full bottle; a conditioner was watered down; bathrooms towels feels and smells like 2nd used; the bathroom facet didnt work properly; etc. Priceline rep?
