It was close to town and was quiet. The shower was good.

The beds, pillows were terrible. The breakfast was disgusting. There was a crockpot with bagged eggs and another with sausage. The egg pot was empty and got refilled with cold nasty bagged eggs. The sausage crockpot was refilled with cold sausage. Gross!

our door lock stopped working and had to ask 3 times to get fixed. The keycard rarely worked. I expressed my concern about items being taken from our room and was met with indifference from the front desk person. Breakfast eggs & sausage atrocious

Key card problem.the key to our stop working and had to get replaced but those cards also had issues. They need to replace towels each day would be great

Big ball of hair in shower. Empty roll of toilet paper with streaks in the toilet.

I like how they conserve water, which is not really bad. People just really need to learn how to save and maintain the cleanliness of the room. I don't mind reusing my towels and bed sheets as long as I know that it's clean.

Location was near National Parks and other attractions.
Negatives:
Wi-Fi was spotty, very few TV channels, hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was less than desirable. Staff was not very helpful when I complained about the Wi-Fi. Hotel entry doors wouldnt lock so security was nonexistent.
