Negatives: We specifically booked this room and hotel because of the jacuzzi suite. We have a toddler who wanted to “swim”. The cold water didn’t work at all so the tub was scalding hot. The jets didn’t even work. We tried to talk to the front desk and they were rude and unhelpful.

Negatives: No most part pretty satisfied

Negatives: The room was dirty, the pool was closed, the elevator was mistaken for a closet.

Negatives: Pool was out of order, loud bathroom fan, the doorknob to the bathroom did not lock, the bathroom knobs were so loose that you could see into the bathroom from around the door knob. TV turns on but no channels available. Slow draining sink, Pillows were not full size. Felt like a $39 room at a $168 dollar price.

Negatives: The guy on the reception told me that I didn't pay for the room and refused me to check in. I asked him to charge the card on file, that's why the card was registered for but he told me that he can't, which turned out to be not true. Anyway, by the end of the day he made his usability to charge my card, to my problem and refused to check me in. Later he even kicked me out of the Hotel, in the middle of the night with freezing temperatures! There are many ways to treat your customers, but this is really shocking! Next day I found out that the Hotel did charge my card in the afternoon already so it turned out that this Hotel did scam me, offered me a service which they then refused to fulfil. This is a scam and a fraud. I should have read the reviews before, then I would have never ended up in this Hotel. What's really unbelievable, he also did steal my MacBook charger, I went next day to pick it up but then then lady in charge, told me that her colleague didn't left the charger at the reception and therefore probably did take home, which clearly is stealing and therefore a crime. This was a nightmare, obviously I can't recommend this Hotel to anyone, be careful when staying there and watch your belongings! Stay away

Negatives: The hotel desk clerk Tai was unhelpful and rude . The floors were dirty. Parking was poor. There were hundreds of ants in our room. The breakfast was very very poor. Basically coffee and oatmeal. The clerk said if you don't like don't come back.

Negatives: Pool and spa were closed for renovations- yet no work being done. It just all looked abandoned. The breakfast was coffee and oatmeal packets. Only one coffee packet in room - for two people to share I guess.

Negatives: Room smelled like dog urine

Negatives: The front desk was rude. The breakfast was just coffee. Pool was closed. Bed where uncomfortable and the rooms looked unkept.

Negatives: Uncleanliness, pool out of commission, night staff wasn’t friendly and unprofessional

Negatives: not as advertised. No pool, no breakfast.

Negatives: Don't stay here! There isn't a pool!! "Grab and go" breakfast is oatmeal and coffee. The sheets were dirty and they wouldn't give us new ones. "Kids stay free" but they kept our $50 deposit because we had kids, even though we left the room spotless! Yuck

Negatives: EVERYTHING! We booked with expectations of a hot tub and continental breakfast. Hot tub was closed and breakfast not provided. Asked for a refund to book elsewhere and staff refuses. Facility was NASTY and staff RUDE!
