I called ahead to tell them we would be a late arrival. They said they would hold the room. when we arrived they said that we could not go to the room because they were doing an audit. My wife and I had to lay down on the couches in the lobby.

One out of two employees is very cordial, friendly, and helpful. The others are silent, do not initiate conversation, and avoid providing information. They try to minimize contact with customers. You always have to be the first to say hello. The room is cleaned only one day out of three. The soundproofing of the rooms is very poor, and indicating "Do not disturb" on the door is pointless. The employees shout as if they were at the Super Bowl final, making it impossible to sleep past 9:30 AM.

We enjoyed our stay and...

This is the second stay for me and my friends at this hotel. We were all very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was certainly beyond the basics with ample selection. I look forward to staying here in the future.

I cannot thiunk of anything that I did not like. When I consider my requirements in short stays at hotels, this hotel met all my needs.

I liked the free breakfast and modern decor. Staff was nice.

Although I like that there was no carpet noise transferring from neighboring rooms was very noticeable. Windows are thin and freeway noise was loud.
Negatives:
The floor was still dirty. I could see a footprint by the bed between the bed and the window. There was still water spots on the bathroom floor and dog hair everywhere on the floor. The floor mat in the bathroom was wet and had a black spot in the middle of it when we put it down on the floor, it is like it was just put back on the rack. The toilet seat was dirty as well, i wiped off a lair of sand off the seat.
