Best Western Plus Weston Inn

Negatives: I was in the 'Executive Suite' which had a window that looked directly into 2 backyards, the window is obviously never opened because the window sill was disgustingly dirty, the jacuzzi tub was dirty, the bathroom door does not open fully because it hits the toilet, there was trash on the floor in 2 places, the toilet ran most of the time, the fridge had a whine intermittently throughout the nights. I would have tried to have things addressed, but there was a convention of teens staying at the hotel and all rooms were booked, so I made do. The FFA groups were obnoxious during the days, but did quiet down by 10pm. There was also a warning about signs of carbon monoxide poisoning but did not state a potential source, which was highly concerning.

Negatives: The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The tv was nice, but we couldn't connect anything to stream to (Chromecast, laptop) it would have been nice to be able to cast or use a streaming service on the tv.

Negatives: They couldn’t find my reservation number, even with my confirmation, and there was no hot water for our showers

Negatives: There were alot of hairs in the bathroom. The pool was not very clean

Negatives: My room was dirty hot tub in room wasn’t clean looks like the place not managed well at all other rooms that were empty doors were left wide opened over nite I stayed in best Weston before and this was the worst ever needs a major upgrade and change of management this one in Logan will never get my money again big disappointment

Negatives: My shower the second day was cold.

Negatives: some of the hot breakfast items could have been better cooked.

Negatives: The weather was cold and rainy.
