Positives: Location

Negatives: THe room smelled. I told the staff right after we went in and they said the hotle was full and they could not do anything till the next day. They came in while we were out and filled the room with some kind of scent. We ran the a/c on 65 to keep the fan on and to releave the smell. I thinkl they were covering up a mold smell. It was unpleasant unless the fan was continually circulating the air. Also they only came ina nd madfe our bed once and gave us clean towels in a 4 day stay. I hope this helps and you can correct the problem. It dampened the joy of our trip.

Negatives: The only thing that I will say was that the heater wasn't fantastic, but it worked well enough in combination with blankets.

Positives: While not a new hotel, this one seems well-maintained. Some updates are evident, like new bathroom tile. The fireplace, and the neat kitchen were nice features. The breakfast offerings were decent.

Negatives: There were two small tears on one of the sofa cushions. The sofa pillows were older and slightly stained. Should be replaced, or have covers dry cleaned. carpet border along the wall in bedroom/bathroom has pulled away from the wall and needs to be re-attached.

Positives: They had a great breakfast

Negatives: Our room was infested with bugs and earwigs. Hotel staff did nothing about it. In our room there was a giant stain on the ceiling looked like water damage. The toilet would run constantly. It was not worth the money we spent.
