The room felt a little damp and smelled odd. I ended up staying somewhere else.

The room was a disaster. The bathroom door was destroyed, and the door handles were broken. No sheets or blankets for the "3" beds for the kids (a pullout couch and a recliner). There was mold in the bathroom, and the vent didn't work. Dirty. Gross.

Check out didn't go well. The Pipes made a Whistling noise while my neighbor was talking a shower. It woke me up and wouldt let me go back to sleep

Our room was for 3 there was only 1!wash cloth, hand towel and 2 bath towels,1 bath shampoo,Cream rinse and body wash containers. When we tried to get other supplies the staff didnt speak English. The host said they were just washing. It was 6 pm!

Room was in disrepair and decrepit, bathroom grout was chipped and moldy, sink vanity faucet awful,should be rated a two star maximum. No working elevator.

The room and the whole hotel was so dirty. When you walked in the whole hotel smelled like smoke (even though it was a smoke free hotel.) When you got to the second floor it smelled of smoke and marijuana. There were also people staying in the stairwell.
