Breakfast was so so, minimal products. Sausages were out waited over 15 minutes and did not they did not put out more.

Elevator was out for the last 2 days that I was there. I was on the 3rd floor which is the top floor. After skiing it sucked. Then when I checked out had to take my family’s luggage down the stairs. They were too cheap to have the elevator serviced an operational…..

It wasn’t very good the milk was warm.. the eggs were gross..
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub were disgusting, the room was gross.. only the bed sheets were changed and trash bags changed.. the shower had hair in it, the floor had toenail clippings and pistachio seeds next to the bed.

The bed was comfortable, the pool was clean and breakfast was fair.
Negatives:
The hotel had a smell I could not adjust to. The woman at the front desk was evil and rude. I asked for pool towels she tried to deny me them by lying telling me there wasn't any left . She had a terrible attitude not only with me I observed her interactions with other customers.

I stayed two nights , first night was alright had no issues the second night after I had went to a concert I came back to the room and wanted to take a shower and clean up . There was zero water pressure. I called the front dest and sat on hold for 45 minutes . I went up to the front desk and not a single person was around . Went to check out and told them about this and the front desk person looked me in my faced and called me an idiot and said I was stupid. Was nasty dirty underwear and garbage in the back parking lot.

Would never stay here again. It’s dirty…Broken ice machine and hot tub. Staff would not honor what their comfort inn handbook said. They tried to get us to pay $55 for a roll away. It clearly states it’s $10. Broken English, very hard to understand.

Negative- building is old with some DYI type fix updates, bugs in my closet, had to wait 10 minutes to get some one to the front desk, TV has few stations that requires using two different remotes, Wi-Fi does not work, tv in gym doesn’t work.

Great value but aged place...
Positives:
It was clean. Decorated nicely. Easy to navigate. Good location. The staff were so friendly and polite, they were dedicated to making the stay comfortable and positive.
Negatives:
The dining area could have been set up better for ease and less cluster. There was one garbage can on opposite side of room and felt there should be one by entrance too.
