The layout was great. The kitchen was nice. Very clean. We really liked the space and the location. We were impressed with the space.
Negatives:
When we arrived, the room was very cold. We couldn't get the room to heat up. We called the front desk, and they sent a maintenance worker up. He set the fan to high. We left that evening for a concert and came back around 10 30pm. The fan was still going and never shut off the whole night. We finally requested a room change at 2am. as the fan wouldn't shut off. The new room was very cold again, and the fan would turn on every 3 to 4 minutes and never got the room comfortable. Would not stay again until they can fix the HVAC.

Property new, fresh and comfortable. Beds were super comfy and rooms had well stocked kitchenette including dishes, prep tools, full fridge, cooktop and microwave. We were there only one night and did not leverage all the amenities but rooms were spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
Negatives:
Nothing special if you are looking for atmosphere and things to do nearby.

Positives:
We're senior travelers and we stayed in a double queen suite. Brand new hotel as far as we could tell with all the amenities one would expect. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Breakfast was disappointing. Pre-packaged "quiche" and English muffin-egg with a side of sausage was not satisfying.
