I wanted to share that the receptionist was incredible. She had such a great hospital personality. I do not remember her name, but she just had a grandbaby and was wearing a walking boot. She Was stressed and very busy but handled it very well.
Negatives:
I didn’t love that. It was right in a city parking was hard. We had a transit van that didn’t fit in the garage. I didn’t know there was no pool or hot tub. I understand this is a city location. And the town was beautiful.

We got there after driving a long way, and the hotel didn’t even have our reservation even though we booked many weeks earlier. They told us they didn’t have access to the website to pull up our reservation so my wife and I ended up staying in the front lobby for over an hour trying to find a room and get it figured out because the front desk and manager were unwilling to. There was also a fee to pay for WiFi unless you were apart of the members club. And NO pool.

Staff at check in and the following morning at check out. The breakfast was well appointed. The staff at breakfast was helpful and kind. Loved the room.

The location was next to the venue we traveled to visit

No hot water for a full day, we were not informed upon check in that the hot water was out and wasn't restored until the following morning. No pool or hot tub facilities as featured. Checking in was a problem due to a new system. No compensation offered for any of the inconveniences or disruptions. Light bulbs missing in lamps and no mini fridge available in room as advertised.
