Each time we have booked here we get charged extra for the dog.Brigham City is booked on the way to our holiday and we are never charged extra when the 3rd party booking is used and touted as Pet Friendly .Each time in Ogden we are told the 3rd party agreement is not accepted and another charge will be added!!! Not cool. This third time round I am speaking up!!!!

We were in a pet friendly room and the floors had not been cleaned. The room had a smell to it. Stale and old smelling. We did not remove our shoes because of the dirty floors
