Negatives: We paid on line $129 they charged $159 at the desk! Told us we had to pay $10 for the advertised free breakfast! Which was cool to warm for cooked food! Eggs and such! Another $10 for the hot tub and pool which were not working and couldn’t be used! They did tell us because the different hotel across the parking lot would let us use their pool and spa they had to charge us! It was snowing who would walk across the parking lot to swim! It all felt more like a scam than a reputable chain!
