Great: location, parking, eateries w/in walking distance (steak house). Front desk cordial and attentive, asking what floor did I prefer and offering a binder w/ nearby restaurants listed. Overall, felt private and safe.
Negatives:
The carpeting in our room was badly stained in multiple places, making it "feel" unclean.

Stayed two nights and room not cleaned, no fresh towels.
Continental breakfast limited and eggs must have been prepared early. The rubbery texture was hard to swallow.

Location was good for our purposes. Breakfast was good. The room had a mildewed smell, and the carpet was very wet under the sink which is where the smell emanated from. Bed was fairly comfortable. Bathtub was NOT clean!
