Negatives: The pool was green. The breakfast was average at best. There was no herb tea…seriously people it’s Provo! Where was the herb tea? The breakfast serving lady was rude and horrible. The elevator smelled like mildew and urine. The place as a whole was not clean.

Negatives: Room was dirty and shower gell and shpoo wS empty. We told the staff and they said they would take care of.it the next day and gave us a bar of soap and little shampoo. No one ever cam to service the room.
