The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Room was nice and large and well suited for our stay.
Negatives:
Bed was a bit lumpy. Actually I was so happy with everything about our stay until I got to checkout we had asked about rooms the next weekend as we were returning and thought we would love to stay again. I was quoted a rate and realized it was half the price of what we had been charged this week. I understand the principle of supply and demand and I also understand the concept of price gouging. Within one week the price was doubled because you could, due to the events going on. I checked with other hotels and found that their prices were not doubled. We booked with them for the coming weekend.
