The bed was very comfortable. They provided 6 pllows for 2 beds, so one of them was just the perfect loft.
Negatives:
They offered no breakfast, just coffee in the lobby. No other beverage was available for my non-coffee drinking family.
I was sure that a breakfast was included.

The lady checking me in was great.

Our room was disgusting. The floor was sooo sticky. The pillows looked like my great great grandmother carried them across the planes, the bedspreads had at least ten different visible dirty spots on each bed, there was a tissue stuck to the wall in the bathroom and the grande finale of our experience was the homeless people smoking weed to great us at the back door every time we came or went.

The bed was supposed to go a queen, it wasn’t it was barely a double. I have a queen bed at home. So I know and it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We left a day early just to get away. No elevators.

Noise from other guests. Finding boxed pizza in microwave, half eaten from previous guests. Finding a tissue and blood spots down the bedsheets the following morning, not from me. Tea rings on bedside table.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. However, the facilities need some TLC. The community spaces were dirty paint chipping off walls carpet ripped and stained. In the rooms there was no soap no shampoo. The towels looked old and worn. No mattress covers on the mattresses, no instant coffee packets to make coffee in your roomfor $225 a night you expect a little bit more
