Negatives: The day before we were stranded in the snow and after a survival we had to cut the last day of our utah visit and we forgot to cancel the reservation. Although we explained what and why happened the hotel did not make any refund (even partial). On paper they are 100% right but at least they would have use a judgement for our special case and offer us a % 50 refund etc. but they did not. They offered a next time free but God knows if and when we would go there again ??? so my verdict. Booking.com did not help me either sorry to say. That will effect my relation with booking.com too. I am a genious 3 customer you will see my progress in the coming months.
