Positives: The location was very convenient. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and brew pubs. Worst case, a Chik-fil-A shares the parking lot. It's also one freeway stop into the Canyon to Park City or the edge of the loop toward the Cottonwoods.

Negatives: The Chik-fil-A traffic can get in the way of getting out of your parking space. Also, maybe there was a tub leak, but it looked like glue was coming out between the linoleum tiles.

Positives: The room was very poor quality. Mold growing in the sink, Cracks all over the shower and tub and really outdated.

Negatives: See above. It is an overpriced "motel".

Positives: Front desk staff was excellent, pleasant and made me feel welcome. They actually remembered me from my stay the prior month!

Negatives: My first room was too hot and had a musty smell in poor location. I checked in late, so nothing could be done. Next day I was moved to another room and remaining 3 nights were great. The "breakfast" is not much more than a cup of coffee.
