They overbooked the room, did not reach out to us, and when we arrived told us there was no room for us and we would have to stay elsewhere

Bed is comfy, room temp was ideal and location is good.
Negatives:
There were some rocks on the carpet near the bathroom that were NOT from my shoes as I was wearing very flat soles. The shuttle isn’t very reliable as I thought I’d have plenty time to catch my flight, but it went around other hotels to pick people up. That delayed me and made almost miss my flight. I should have called an Uber for $20.
