Positives:
Spacious suite with separate sleeping and living areas. Its in the heart of downtown, close to an array of great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Clean, beautifully designed, luxurious, hip place to stay. Hotel members get a 1pm checkout.
Negatives:
The bathroom door slider is hard to slide and we d rather a door that locks. Would be nice if the rooms came equipped with an extra set of sheets and blankets for the pull out couch (though it was no problem requesting them from the front desk).

Some confusion regarding in house restaurant. One wait staff did not understand we were staying in the hotel and gave us 'this side of rude' treatment because we wanted a late morning croissant snack with tea and coffee - in the restaurant after walk.

It's the only hotel I've been to in Salt Lake City, so I can't really make comparisons, but it was a very comfortable room for a reasonable price (compared to hotels in many other destinations), and the location was surprisingly good (we caught a musical on a National Tour just across the street!) Very quiet other than the sound of the heating itself.
