Clean, quiet rooms, easy to get to, elegant color choices in the lobby.
Negatives:
RIDICULOUS OVERNIGHT PARKING COST. Will not stay there again because of it. Robbery! Very limited/no amenities. The gym is a room with some weights like youd have at home. There is no coffee/tea area after 10am. Wanted $4/$6 for bottled WATER! Joke.
Positives:
Very, very clean. Lovely little hotel.

The rooms are small, but that is to be expected for a boutique hotel.
