Motel 6-Salt Lake City UT - West - Airport

Negatives: This is a very sketchy hotel. When I checked out there were two people who looked like drug addicts slumped on the luggage carts in the lobby (all transactions with the concierge happened through a window with a payment slit). We didn't feel very safe.

Negatives: First room I was put in was a smoking room (I don't smoke) and the dead bolt would not engage (a piece of melt prevented it from sliding in place). The second room was better, but it was tired: no lampshade on a fixture, a tarry boot print on the floor..

Negatives: Noise from freeway, stains and cigarette urn holes on sheets, mold in bathroom , no shade covers on lights, horrible experience at this location.

Negatives: How housekeeping literally tried to find anything you're doing wrong and they laughed at me and when I switched rooms a couple weeks ago(no TV, fridge or microwave) they kept a duffel bag of mine and when i got it back it was empty but they don't know....

Negatives: The heater did not work the entire time and I froze in the room overnight and have gotten sick because of the heater not working in the room. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered the phone so I felt with it and left early in the morning

Negatives: It wasn't clean. The TV didn't work, and cockroaches everywhere!

Negatives: Very intrusive and disrespectful staff. I had rented a room for my sister and 4 month old nephew. The room was paid for when a male staff pounded on her door 2 times before he barged in the room with my sister getting dressed and her son crying sad place

Negatives: The whole property is run down. The shower was filthy, I felt cleaner and healthier without. Coffee in the "lobby" was out, just one pot for a fully booked motel. The receptionist seemed to be quite overwhelmed by his task. At check in I was shown an overview plan to choose a room, They were either occupied, "had issues", or were not yet ready at check in time - just one room available. It was really noisy, no soundproofing at all. By far the worst motel on a three weeks tour in the USA.

Negatives: Unclean room, no shower water, unmade bed, dirty towels, no clean towels, dirty room

Negatives: I was placed in a room with roaches . A young lady tried breaking into the car Parked next to me . While her friends was in the trash can pulling items out . The lady started screaming at 1 AM that she had proof he had bought her drugs and was not doing anything wrong when told the police would be called . To top it off they tried to place me in another room where the lights did not work and the lamps had no shades . That was after I had beg the guy to help me . As he wanted me to stay in the room with roaches as check in where done only on the morning.The walls and sheets had so many stains in room 236 and 230 . I asked for a refund for my stay as I had to leave at 2 AM and pay again for the same two day stay . I was told to call back at 4 PM by the lady in the office Saturday morning and was told to now call Monday at 11 AM as they dont have manager on shift .

Negatives: Traffic

Negatives: I have never felt so unsafe. There was blood on the walls. Bed bugs. Homeless loitering outside. Someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night. I was too scared to even go outside.
