Negatives: Dirty, had roaches and no staff on duty at night.

Positives: Not much of anything to be honest.
Negatives: The whole building smelled of old cigarettes. The main doors were propped open and people were right outside smoking. The floors were stained with something red and nasty. The beds were very uncomfortable. We called to the front desk for a needed item and they would not bring it to our room, when asked they made us feel bad about it so we had to go down to the front desk and pick it up. I was uncomfortable being alone outside the hotel, which is unfortunate for the area we stayed in, it is usually a nicer area of town.
Review
We will not be staying at this location again and will be wary of this chain in the future.
