We asked for some extra towels they wouldn’t give them to us until we brought the used ones to the front desk. The elevator was un functioning. It smelled moldy covered up by air freshener, which was too strong.

Room was nice. Big. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The day staff. Particularly the older women up front. Often rude if you had issues. There's a homeless camp behind the vacant lot behind the building. Don't go out there in the middle of the night. Cops often run through the parking lot regularly. The downside is if they see you out there at night they'll harass you even if you say you're a guest. Stayed a couple weeks there while I was looking for a new place to settle. Had a family emergency had to leave a day early. They wouldn't refund my final day there. Even though I checked out 36 hours early.

Not very clean, elevator was broken so I requested a room on the first floor because I had knee surgery a week ago and they didn’t accommodate. They put me on the 3rd floor. Instead she asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation mind you it was 10pm and I had a crying baby ready to go to bed

I chose this hotel fir the hot tub and free breakfast, the hot tub room was so stuffy and chlorinated it burns your eyes, breakfast was cereal or waffle no protein, bed was hard, tv didn't work heater in room didn't work. , dirty only 1 towel in bathroom, floor was stained and not cleaned, not worth the money. Won't be staying here again
