Motel 6 Saint George UT

Negatives: Uncomfortable bed, freezing cold (no heat), loud, weird shower, paint and room finishes haphazardly done, huge gap under door to the room from outside

Negatives: Poor physical quality overall.

Negatives: The room was filthy the first picture is the bedspread the second was the floor

Negatives: Disrepair of room Ancient linens Shower wasn't cleaned as old soap on ledge and ledge visably dirty Dings on door painted over with red paint on white door Dust hanging from vents

Negatives: Looks like the facility was remodeled but not well maintained; the remodel used the lowest cost materials and was poorly installed. The place feels run down, the bedding is stained and unappealing, leaves a very unsure feeling. Good staff is hard to find.

Negatives: Bed was hard and pillows was flat. There’s only one chair in the room and 2 of us so it would’ve been hard for both of us to eat.

Negatives: The paint job in the room was horrendous. There were rust colored blotches of paint randomly on the tan painted walls and door. Why?? The paint job in the bathroom looked like small children had done it. Why? It could easily be improved by a professional painter.

Negatives: Mattresses were worn and needed replacing! Made for tough sleeping conditions!

Negatives: The staff was friendly and courteous. When I checked in when I got to my room it was very hot inside so I turned on the air-conditioning and noticed it wasn’t blowing cold. I exited my room got something to eat across the street through drive-through and return to the office, I asked her about the air conditioning at this time she informed me that the water pump was out and nobody had AC, but they were asking people to crack the doors and crack the windows. I felt misled and kind of cheated that this wasn’t disclosed to me earlier had it been I would not have stayed and I would’ve requested a refund so that I could go to a room and be comfortable, I called the office when returning to my room and I was informed that a refund could not be given if I chose to leave because of the length of time I had already spent in the room I hadn’t used anything in the room and the bed was not turned down I was very upset at this I was uncomfortable I was not happy I could not sleep and my stay was horrible not to any fault of the employees, but I felt that if there was something wrong with the facility like the AC units in the hotel that should have been disclosed instead of taking my money and allowing me to check inmy state was uncomfortable and very unhappy. I just needed to stay the night until I could return to Vegas in the morning and I just felt that things could’ve been handled differently transparency and full disclosure upon check-in is what should’ve been done I will not be returning ever.

Negatives: The room was filthy, including the bedding. The bathroom was gross. This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I couldn't even keep track of all the health violations.

Negatives: Room was cold, with no heater. Bath room was dirty, not swept or mapped.
