This stay was better than we expected. The location is great since it's in the center of old St. George, in the main boulevard, near the temple, and near restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and most everything worked (two light bulbs were out). Breakfast was better than expected. There was yogurt, instant oatmeal, bread for toast, a could cereals, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, teas, store-bought muffins, bananas, and waffles. Check-in and check-it were easy. We parked right in front of our room. We had two rooms, and they were connected, which was very helpful. Price was right for us.
Negatives:
The building is older and it shows in places. Wi-Fi worked well, but was unsecured (be sure to have a VPN you can use). No caffeine-free teas.

The beds were the worst beds I have ever had to sleep on. The mattress was hard and painful to sleep on. And since we were on the bottom floor we heard every step of the people above us. Actually had to go buy an inflatable bed to use.

Cleanliness needed improvement. Sand came out of the faucets when we got there. Bathroom walls needed washing, light fixture very dusty. Floors made your feet black if you didn’t wear shoes. Curtains were missing hooks. I know it was cheap, it didn’t bother us it was outdated, just cleaner is necessary!
