Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: very access to restaurants and shops

Negatives: I lost focus on booking my hotel and mis understood how mylodging went.I will do it right next time, I will book a hotel instead, came to find out that the hotel i booked is that they don't clean your room daily, had to go down and ask for soap and towels

Positives: It was right next to the arena I had business with. As well, good food in walking distance.

Negatives: Very unclean. Smelled like smoke. Bed was uncomfortable. Had people asking me for $ out front. At least the kitchenette seemed to be clean. Shower head was broken, and sprayed water everywhere when it was turned on. TV was very small and in a very weird location.

Negatives: The garage cans where filled and spilling on the ground. The elevator was dirty with leaves inside of it. No dates shown when the last expections of the elevator. The railings in the elevator were loose.The bed was like sleeping on wire coils. No dishes or cookware for people to cook with or with. Bed Lining in the hallway for two days People yelling outside the building at 3 am at 4 am music thumping outside from a vehicle. We where going to stay until Monday but decided it was time to go. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars, plus muffins, nothing healthy for people that are diabetic or cant eat the things that they provide it. There was no milk or creamer for the coffee. Lots of sugar.
