Yes I paid for a room on booking .com and the money was taken out from my credit card I order a uber to my place in acc and go to check in and was told I had no reservations bookingS called my place and had to make new res for the next day and the same thing happened so I asked for
my money back and I am still waiting on my refund worst experience I have ever had trying to get a room at my place

Not many amenities, advertise a kitchen but give ZERO plates, silverware, pots/pans. Why would I want a kitchen and need to buy my own pot for $22 while on vacation.
