Door to room didn't seal all the way so smoke came in. Floors were dirty. Sink vanity very stained. Never did get hot water. Beds soggy and uncomfortable. One of the worst motel 6 I've stayed in

Nothing, have stayed MANY places all over the world. This is the worst.
Negatives:
The manager Aiden, no customer service, hostile and rude.
No light in 1st room, smelled awful of smoke (requested room change)
2nd room the toilet could not flush (defect, no water). Manager did not believe it was a defect if a toilet do not work and we should use the room.
Worst rooms and service.
Changed hotel but did not receive our money back.
