Breakfast was good and nice selection. Breakfast being open at 6:00 am was great for us because we like to travel early in the morning.

Handicap accessible. Walk in shower was nice but little water pressure.

My room was not cleaned. After letting staff know that my wife had soiled the bed, I procured new sheets from the laundry and made the bed myself. I found the soiled sheets/towels still in my room when I returned later and the room smelled bad as a result. Trash was not collected at all during our stay.

We paid “special” prices for the weekend much higher than normal but received below normal service.

It is well located, safe, super close to restaurants, supermarket. Average breakfast, free coffee 24h is a must

A good option in the city
Positives:
Very quiet easy parking and pleasant desk staff
Negatives:
Room was not clean. Massive stain on the only chair, and a few on the carpet. No body lotion in bathroom dispenser, nor was there any facial tissue in that dispenser. No fridge or safe in room. The closet is hidden behind a glass mirror door on a magnetic lock which pops open frequently fully blocking passage through the narrow hallway. This is the dumbest hotel feature I have ever seen and the risk management should be fired.

The hotel was convenient. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, but a little dated.

The first room I got was infested with hornets the next room had a fly crawling under the pillow and in the bathroom was a big Black crawling bug always had a pleasant stay when stayed there before but not this time

No Conditioner in the shower. No side chair or floor lamp in the corner by the window. Second person had nowhere to sit except lay on the bed. Many channels on the TV would not tune in, saying "weak signal-check antenna. Front desk said they would "reset" TV but no improvement.
