This was a horrible experience.
Negatives:
We were arriving late in the evening. I recieved a phone call from the hotel stating that they would leave a key for us on the door since we were arriving late. We got to the hotel and no key to be found anywhere. My husband walked to all of the doors twice and there was no key to be found. I called the hotel to report our problem. No answer and the voicemail was full so we were unable to leave a message. We had to keep traveling. Called the next morning to report the problem and the person that answered the phone stated the key was there which it was not. They proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. I have never had such a horrible experience when traveling.

We had a terrific stay at Hotel Vervana! It has the friendliness and warmth of a small town family run hotel with the high standards and cleanliness of a chain. The best of both worlds, and in a beautiful, quiet location!

Positives:
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and fun design. The shower had plenty of hot water.
Negatives:
The window drapery is too long and hangs over and blocks air flow from the room's air conditioner/heater vent.
