Positives: It was close to the hospital.
Negatives: Many issues starting with the defrosted freezer that smelled in the fridge, to cut and torn curtains, corner molding falling off the wall and cracks in the ceiling at the exterior wall. Requested room service and never got it

Positives: The staff were friendly, the location was good and the cookie was delicious.
Negatives: I was surprised this is under the Hilton/Doubletree brand. Our room was in a lower level, the hallways smelled and the bathroom in the room has bad grout, dusty pipes, and was the beds were in poor condition. This is not what we expected.

Positives: The location is great. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Negatives: I asked for clean towels twice but they were not delivered. I had to go to the front desk to get some. I can understand that due to being understaffed, the rooms were not being cleaned, but they can at least bring new towels and pick up the garbage.
