Positives:
It has a nice view of Lake Champlain. The room was decent.
Negatives:
The bathroom lighting was inadequate. There was no fan in the bathroom. We did not have any soap bottle in the shower/tub (though there was a spot for it next to the shampoo and conditioner). Very unfortunate when you step in and there was a nothing there. There were hand wash and body lotion bottles on the wall next to the sink. Needed to step out of the tub and load up a facecloth with hand soap. On day two went to take a shower and discovered there was only one towel. My husband and I shared the one towel. Clearly the housekeeping staff had some issues. Note to self in the future when traveling, always check these items right away when arriving. The cost for these rooms was not inexpensive! This was unacceptable. I did relay this information to the desk attendant to n day one and on day two at checkout. I did receive a credit of $31. I would have preferred everything being correctly done in the first place.

This is a really nice hotel - staff is friendly and rooms are nice and clean . Close to down town and check street and parking is easy.
Negatives:
My only complaint is that the heating system or A/C was really loud on floor 4. It sounded like banging in the wall - we asked to be moved and they were nice and moved us but we could still hear it . Just want to inform light sleepers like me .

Nice place and nice staff...
Positives:
Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Taking the elevator up and down was easy and quick. The lounge and lobby areas were very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient to the lake and downtown Burlington.
Negatives:
Areas for improvement....Coffee from the coffee station on our floor was not very good (weak and tasteless). The pillows on our bed were a bit hard for me. Washroom area/toilet/shower were a bit dimly lit. The little table in our room was quite small but easy to move around.
