Positives: The location was just where I wanted to be for the night. The room was good, the bed was perfect. The hotel was quiet.
Negatives: Room lacked a fridge & microwave. Can't remember when I have stayed in a hotel that didn't have them. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, or lack thereof. Sorry, an apple, yogurt and muffin in a bag is a poor substitute for eggs and bacon.

Positives: The location was great, a short drive to downtown Burlington and close to many coffee shops and a strip mall area. The hotel room was pretty big too.

Negatives: The decor was very dated and the room was very spartan - very basic furnishings and it was missing some very basic items like a refrigerator, a safe, even a plastic laundry bag. A bit disappointing even for a 2.5 star hotel.

Negatives: The first room had a window that didn't lock. The hotel attendant came into my room and saw for himself that the window didn't lock. I requested a new room as I was on the ground floor and didn't feel comfortable staying there.

Positives: It's closeness to shopping centers and grocery stores. The bath tub was a good size and clean where i was able to soak.
Negatives: My room had no fridge or microwave which was a big inconvenience for a 6 nights stay, the walls are very thin so you can hear every cough and grunt from the rooms next to you, they're cable channels where very minimal, and the outdoor area needed cleaning

Negatives: Very upset, pool was not open breakfast was not served. Neither of this was mwntioned on the hotels website when we booked! Other hotels in area had open pools so it wasn't covid related.

Positives: I like the spacious room. The couch with coffee table but a dining table would have been better.
Negatives: The hallway was incredible hot. No staff member at the front desk. You had to wait a long time before a staff member would wait on you.

Positives: Staff is helpful and friendly. Everything is a little threadbare and long in the tooth but I appreciate a budget option near the airport. You get what you pay for.
Negatives: Apparently they use a taxi service on weekends instead of a shuttle. There were three of us waiting in the lobby for the first 4AM taxi from a company called QUIK CAB on Sunday. We waited for FORTY MINUTES!!! This needs to be fixed.

Positives: the staff. They were wonderful. All of them. superb.
Negatives: No hypo-allergenic rooms. Scented cleaning products and fabric softeners. I slept with the window open and my hat on-- sorry about your heating bill, but I have chemical sensitivities. Could you put aside a couple of rooms for such as I??
