Clean rooms and updated building. Comfortable beds and nice shower

Breakfast was pitiful. Missing fresh fruit or anything fresh. Only some box-made muffins (maybe were frozen?) and juice and coffee. Room smelled like weed smoke. Staff were a bit curt.

Very clean, easy access to downtown Burlington without being right in it, many amenities within walking distance.
Negatives:
Staff was courteous, but quite obviously miserable. Then again, I was on vacation weekend, and they were working New Years, it's understandable! Overall great stay.
Positives:
Breakfast was good . Location was good for shopping. Gavin and Debra were great.
Negatives:
We took a taxi ( Blazer) from the hotel to a restaurant 4 minutes away and when we arrived, they told us the fare was $38 . We argued and had it reduced to $30. Don't take Blazer Taxi they are ripoff artists. Another negative was the checkout person on Sunday morning. The woman was not very accommodating at the counter or the breakfast station ( she did both)
