The rooms are a good size and setup for families, and it’s definitely a bonus having the full kitchen setup when traveling with children.
Negatives:
The property and rooms Definitely need some serious updating and maintenance. I know that extended stay hotels that accommodate families can be challenging and time consuming to clean but the lack of effort for cleanliness here is palpable. There are drips of who knows what all over the walls surrounding every single trash can in the room. It is incredibly obvious that there is little to no attention paid to cleaning the walls anywhere. First, we were checked into a room that was untouched by housekeeping, they kindly moved us to another room which appeared decent, but as we settled in we realized there were dirty dishes still in the sink and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The table was set with pre filled filters of coffee/tea and all the things you need to make coffee, yet no coffee maker to be found. We asked the front desk for a coffee maker and they provided us with a traditional coffee maker with no coffee pot. We very much enjoy staying at Sonesta Suites all over, but this place has got some serious stepping up to the plate to do in order to compete with the new Home 2 Suites in the area.

Positives:
Room and breakfast staff. The breakfast staff showed empathy for my room not being ready. She Changed my attitude because of her kindness to an old diabetic guy who needed to eat. She kept me healthy by warming my soup.

Could not get a room until after 5pm . Waited 2.5 hours; front desk staff did not have quarters or soap to run wash machine. Had to get lyft to go get quarters/soap.

Not much. Property was extremely out dated, most of the decor seemed to be from the 70's/80's- very run down. I will definitely never stay again.

The entire property looked to be run down 70's-80's decor. There was noticeable dirt and mold in the bathroom. The couch was dirty and worn out. The TV cable was not working. The ventilation system was so loud we turned it off. The stairs were worn out and splintered wood. There was no ice maker for guests. (We were told "there is an ice maker in your refrigerator- turn it on and in a few hours you will have ice". The pool was noticeably moldy and dirty. $445 for one night. Complete rip off.

Location and staff. Staff was particularly friendly, but I think they’re overwhelmed trying to keep up with a property in decline.
Negatives:
Filthy and dusty everything. Whole place smelled like overused cleaning products and musty odors. My son has only moderate allergies and he sneezed and was miserable throughout the entire stay. Ceilings discolored and peeling. Rusty door frames. The stove handle came off in my hand when I tried to open it. Everything just generally sticky. Paint and mulch won’t fix this.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs with cheese is not keeping up with the times. I like many people have a cheese alergy,which meant no breakfast for me. Not a great start for my day. When I mentioned it to the girl working the buffet,she stated well tomorrow were scheduled to have no cheese. How is that going to help me when I'm leaving that morning?? Not a smart thing to say to a guest! Also the pancake cooker didn't work. Her answer for that is-"Sometimes it doesn't work right". Seriously? I won't be staying here again!

The description of the room said this suite offers a hot tub and fire place the suite did not have a hot tub and the fire place is a wood fire place with no wood and it didn't look functional and the hot tub and pool were so far away we had to drive to it and the hot tub didn't have enough water in it the water wasn't even going into the filter this is nasty
