This room was disgustingly. Hair and dirt everywhere. I didn’t take a shower because I didn’t want to clean it before and I knew no one would clean it after I checked out. I relaxed in bed and there was a god awful smell. Hard to pin point but eventually I found a wet spot under one of the pillows on the sheet. Pee! Are you kidding me???? For $130 I should have just slept in my car. Quality innnhas lost all my business

Door stopper behind bathroom door was broken and inside stuff out of it had dropped on floor hardened and never cleaned up.

Our room was a fully handicap accessible room.

The front desk is not helpful at all. One couple could not get the heat on in their room. They asked the manager for help and were told that it was cold outside so their room would be cold! I finally got the heat to work but then it would not shut off. Finally, when it was 78 in our room, I totally shut off the unit, then restarted it and got the A/C to work. The A/C units must be 50 years old. Our room had no towels and no condiments when we checked in. Everyone had to ask for towels and soap. The breakfast person would not let anyone get food until 7:00 o'clock sharp. When asked why, he said "it's not my rules". Our room had been renovated (except the A/C) but the bed sagged in the middle.

Everything worked just as planned. The location was central to all of our events.

How about for starters is clean the rooms!!
I opened the door to my room and there was a cockroach on the floor!
I told the person at the front desk and she told me they weren’t cockroaches…So that tells me she knew it had an insect issue.Then she offered to “ Get rid “ of the bug…Seriously!
I will NEVER go to a Quality Inn again.
I am going to inform my company of the issue and hopefully we can take you off the list!
