Positives: I like where my room is located. It had a balcony that overlooked the mountain in all its autumn splendor. And the fire at night brings you peace of mind. So the location of this hotel is perfect?

Unforgettable !!!!?
Anonymous Couple August 13, 2025
Positives: Evening desk receptionist was nice and breakfast waiter was nice.
Negatives: expensive for off season room with musty carpet room, they didn’t have the room we reserved, so they offered free parking (hotel in the country with a huge, half-empty lot) and were running a church show on the screen at breakfast in the dining room

Positives: Liked location
Negatives: Price of a glass of wine at the bar was high. Perhaps in season you can get it but not out of season.

Linda Couple July 28, 2025
Positives: Close to our planned event
Negatives: Shower leaked, toilet and sink were slow to drain, no decaf coffee at their breakfast room, no cream cheese for bagels. Ended up eating breakfast at Backcountry Cafe which was excellent located down the road. Room had a skylight with no means of blocking light early in the morning. Alex at Front Desk was helpful.

Philip Group Traveler February 26, 2025
Positives: bed was comfortable
Negatives: bathroom in disrepair running tub faucet, bathroom door warped and wouldn't close, heat unit would squeak when on and woke us up . maintenance guy was bartender due to lack of staff and did not know how to make a drink and basically nothing in glass. no starbuck station opened downstairs. its just there doing nothing, no breakfast buffet as that area is under refurbishment.

Positives: Location
Negatives: Hot tub was lukewarm, shower was lukewarm they sold reservation to about 20 highschoolers that were sprinting around the floor, throwing snowballs in the hotel, screaming yelling and banging on the walls could not sleep the first night at all. Stayed at this resort once before with zero problems and loved it this time couldn’t overstate how bad it was.
