The breakfast was canceled on BOTH weekend days because someone 'called out'? No backup plan? For those who like Starbucks in the lobby, great, but I think providing free coffee for guests in the lobby goes a long way, especially at a ski resort.

Positives:
The location is great. The decor in the hotel lobby and sitting area is very nice. You have a panoramic view of the mountains which is fantastic during fall foliage.
Negatives:
Hot tub and indoor pool were out of order. Front agent when we informed them we were disappointed about the hot tub being out of order was harsh and repetitive that it was on the website and we should have known and not their fault. We weren't putting blame on them but her response was in a rude tone and when you're traveling how often do you check the website in the car. Rust in the bathroom tub/shower and the dispenser with shampoo fell off the wall into the shower. The faucet in the shower was starting to come off the wall. The lighting in the bathroom was only one bulb and dim. When we informed them of the issues they responded it was supply chain issues in getting it fixed. On a positive note when we brought our concerns on the room conditions a different front desk agent did provide a discount on the room which was appreciated. Overall for being a chain hotel and one of the only in the area - they could use some improvements.

There was no functioning restaurant, Barre, or Starbucks. The young man who checked me and was very kind, and did mention that Starbucks would be open each morning and it was not. The carpet in my room had stain and bathtub dirty

I kept telling myself, this cannot be a Hilton tapestry collection hotel, just wasn't up to snuff, so there wasn't much I can say positive about it. I guess the lobby was nice as was the free parking.

The hotel is in dire need of a renovation, the bathrooms looked very poor and he beds were horrible
