Positives:
The staff was great, and the dinner we had there was very good. The lounge looked comfortable, but we didn’t use it.
Negatives:
We thought they served breakfast but they don’t—but the staff recommended a place we really enjoyed. There was no elevator, which was hard for my husband, who uses a cane. And we didn’t realize that so didn’t request the ground floor, so he had to navigate stairs.

I have stayed at The Upper Pass Lodge, atleast a dozen times, over the years. The facility is older, and has its quirks, but never disappoints. Vince, and his staff, do a great job. Great bang for your buck!

Staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. This place is in the mountains and beautiful. I was expecting more noise due to all the people, but there wete no issues. AC worked great as well. I actually extended my stay by two days.

The bed was too small, but comfortable. The bathroom was also small, there was no desk, table, or refrigerator and the whole room felt dated.

Okay for a short stay
Positives:
We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable. My son enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and he and his friend took a dip in the outdoor pool. Tasty breakfast. Great service.

Accommodations are basic, nothing fancy. It was a little unclear when the restaurant opened.

I liked that there was a restaurant on site. The staff were great. The lodge was a little older but I liked the charm that it provided. I would have liked there to be a microwave in the room or in the lobby. They said they were planning on getting one soon. Great place and great value.
