Room, location of AC unit, Housekeeping service was very poor, dirty towels (suppose to be clean towels). stayed four nights but no cleaning in the room. Manager and staff (lake of satisfactory communication). No WiFi ( even after complains).

The staff was very nice and obviously trying their best. The bed was OK and the room was clean.

The room was very dated. The attempts at repairs were not very professional so plumbing was not well secured to wall. Sink and shower did not drain well. This room was very overpriced for the experience.

I did not like that no one was there to greet us for check-in. No one answered the phone that was tied to the desk. There wasnt even a key out, left out. After getting in touch with a different Motel. the clerk appeared to check us in after waiting 1ho

We checked into the room to change and had only a short time to return to perform at the festival. The room was filthy and smelled like rotting animals. In the 15 minutes it took us to change, we both became nauseous. We didnt have time to return to the front desk and check out. I left a window open and we called another hotel and booked a room as we were returning to the festival. Our plan was to return and get our gear and clothes after we were done our performance. The people at the festival told us that they would have strongly advised against booking a room at the Rodeway. When we returned after our set, the office was locked. Even though the window had been open for several hours, the room still held the same stench. We packed our truck and went to the Quality Inn. When we called the next day, we were basically told that it was our tough luck and that we should have called the emergency number to check out, though they still would not have refunded our money. We have traveled extensively to perform at festivals and have never had a room this bad. We will never, ever book another Rodeway stay.

The location was great for skiing. Don't expect anything great, and the waffles taste like plastic. We forgot out virbrater in one of the draws. Don't blame the hotel for that.

It's a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. Good shower. Enough hot water, not a problem. The staff is helpful and friendly.
