It was in close location to just about all the attractions that we wanted to see on our bucket list.
Positives:
Room was nice and had a very good breakfast
Negatives:
Elevator would be a plus for older people to get up stairs
Review
Positives:
Pet friendly!! Super comfy bed
Negatives:
I was on first floor rm (141 I think)
Wish staff hadn’t put someone over my room on second floor-squeak squeak every time occupants walked on floor. Would have slept great otherwise.

Clean hotel but tired
Positives:
My favorite part was the view from the balcony and also complimentary breakfast every morning
Negatives:
There's nothing I did not like other than I could only get one TV station to watch
Review
Positives:
Location was good, bed comfortable, they had washing machine, which we used
Negatives:
Room smelled of smoke, although it was supposedly non smoking. Room itself was run down and needs refurbishing (peeling paint on woodwork/ doors, cracked tiles in bathroom) water pressure low, and we had to go out into the rain to reach the room from the lobby. Pool was not heated so we didnt make use of it. Breakfast had rubbery eggs from powder, but there were other choices ( yoghurt, bagels, cereal) . Front desk gave us incorrect instructions to find room so it took us a while to initially find it. We booked for two nights but I would not stay here again, although location is convenient.

Ok for a night
Positives:
The staff was pleasant
Negatives:
The hotel room was a mess. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall, it smelled of paint and gave us all a headache because the smell was so strong. The phone was not working, the clock was broken, the shower did not work, it was very noisy, the window looked right into a hallway, which was very awkward. We were up till four in the morning because the people above us had four children who were screaming. We went to the front desk to tell them about all of these terrible issues. We never got any refund for putting up with such an awful stay.

Positives:
The staff was great, friendly and efficient. The rooms were quiet and clean.
Negatives:
They have a problem with Google Maps which led us to the middle of a corn field but the staff answered our call and concerns quickly.
Review
The place is unpreposessing but everything was better than the appearance led us to expect.
Positives:
Our party of 4 had to be at the Burlington airport at 4:30 am to catch a 6 am flight. The front desk clerk, Sanhi (sp) kindly put together a to-go bag with bagels, spread, yogurt and coffee for each of us when we checked out.
Negatives:
Nothing.
Review
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room price was very reasonable and close to airport.
Positives:
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Davene, the day clerk, baked chocolate chip cookies for guests to enjoy in the lobby with coffee. She made recommendations for restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and we ate at an excellent Italian restaurant for dinner. The night clerk, Draheit, greeted us when we came back from dinner and answered our questions about Burlington places of interest.
Negatives:
Nothing

Burlington is a lovely, historical, small city on Lake Champlain, and fall foliage was beautiful.
Negatives:
The floor in our room creaked! No matter where you stepped, it creaked! It wasn’t a quiet squeak either, it was very noticeable and loud.

Positives:
I like the pet policy. The area is beautiful and I needed a location close by for the business that needed to be handled.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the CC I booked with was renewed and had a different expiration date and was refused to be run. I had to give another card. I wasn't exactly thrilled with the vague directions to my room (over there and upstairs) so whilst explaining about the CC to annoyed spouse we are driving around the parking lot looking for over there..luckily I spotted ppl carrying luggage inside the building walking up a flight of stairs..I didn't like that I was called while out and asked in an accusatory tone if I had a dog and informed that I had to pay for it. I thought that I did when I checked in, as I booked particularly for pet friendly, 2 adults and 1 eight pound maltese. I cut short my activity outside and huffed up the 2 flights of stairs to retrieve both CC to pay for the SURPRISE dog. I told the other girl to run the CC to charge for him. She said oh I ran it on the room CC. I would like it put on the original CC. It has a new date but is same #. No problem I can take it off this card and put it on that one..
Hmmmm..funny how that worked for my dog but was refused for my room.
Very tired, worked that day, traveled, had important meetings in the morning so went to bed early.
My cell is ringing "Quality Inn" am I dreaming I thought I was at Quality Inn. Hello? MUMBLE MUMBLE MUMBLE..What? I don't understand you. MUMBLE mumble mumble mumble. I'm sorry but I'm having difficulty with what you are saying to me..THIS IS LATOYA (girl who checked me in but not my dog) IS THIS ROOM 159? rude rude rude..No it's room 109.
Click...........no I'm sorry for disturbing you.. I apologize if I woke you..my mistake..If the Lord was testing my patience I failed..because now I'm awake..for the rest of the night..
Late start the next morning but out all day until early evening..trudged up those 2 flights of stairs AND our keys don't work..not no way not no how..
