Positives: They upgraded us to a king bed when we arrived, the room was super warm when we walked in, clean, smelt great (like clean/soap smell) and the fridge was cold. Staff was very friendly.

Positives: It was open and had a room.
Negatives: Dirty.Lobby is perfumed,this caused me distress.As a result I was unaware when I got to the room it was heavily perfumed as well.It set off three days of swollen face eyes and unpleasantness.The facility is not a two star it is a struggling one at best.

Positives: Clean room. Met my expectations for the price point.
Negatives: Room key cards kept de-activating. I had to walk out in the cold to the lobby/reception area multiple times to re-activate the key card. I did not store the key card near my cell phone so something was up with either the key slot or the keys themselves.

Positives: It was a place to sleep for the night. Decent breakfast.
Negatives: Everything. Fridge didn't work, plumbing was backwards on the sink (hot was cold, cold was hot), bathroom fixtures were falling off, A/C didn't work. Way overpriced room.

Positives: Friendliness of front desk staff at check in and check out.
Negatives: The room was dirty. And just inside the door was a large spiderweb with a very large spider in it, leading to the belief that it was not recently cleaned. If the room was properly cleaned you couldn’t miss that.
