The room was quiet and clean. Housekeeping did a great job with refreshing my room each day. Breakfast was very good and front staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The building itself could use some touch ups. The ceiling in my room looks to be coming apart and there was mold in the crack of the roof and wall.

It was overall ok. Staff was great.

I loved how clean the room was and how I could see the mountains from the room. Every time I walked into the hotel it smelt so clean and the people were always kind and accommodating. They also always provided friendly conversation and helpful tips on where to get quality and reliable transportation.

We needed a stay near Walpole, NH and the Best Western Springfield VT really fit the bill from a comfort and convenience standpoint. I also took advantage of the beautiful and super clean indoor pool in the morning before checking out.

The property is always clean, the rooms nice size plenty of room and good amenities (streaming hopefully soon), great location close to highway and friends and family. Staff and housekeeping always a pleasure front desk(Stephanie Hope I’m right) was great and accommodating with all.

No streaming for the smart TVs yet but otherwise no complaints.
