Traveling throughout New England, this was the best!
The staff were friendly. The room was spacious. The facility was “grand” and it’s on our “definitely must return” list. I was fortunate to have a massage while there and it was a relaxing treat to the stay.

The cost for having a pet ($100 a day) was outrageous. There was nothing special about the rooms. The walls were dirty and the cleaning was subpar. The fridge was super small and i had to put in a special request for a microwave which even a motel would have the microwave already in place.

location was good, fire at night was good, spa was nice, the room was a decent size and beds were comfortable

-I think it’s ridiculous to charge $11 for 3 graham crackers and marshmallows and a candy bar for the kids to make smores. Would it cost too much to offer a complimentary bag of supplies upon check in and then charge if we want more?
-The staff (aside from a few great ones) were not very pleasant, often not even lifting their heads when we came in the lobby
-The pools did not look like they were cleaned - lots of floating bugs and debris at bottom of indoor and outdoor
-You have a large grassy area but no chairs on it or games.
-There’s two fire pits but you only ever light one
-there is very limited outdoor seating or private / quiet places to relax

Food was great, pool was great, they do a real good job with the property.
Negatives:
They had Tesla chargers for years and it still appears on all of the maps. They took those chargers out and it put us in a bind as we had very little charge.

I always love the pool area, hot tub with waterfall. The outdoor hottub needs work on jets. Outdoor pool is never warm enough to use in the winter.

Kids jumping in the hottub. Kids shouldn't be allowed without parents being in the tub with them.
