Worth 300.00 a night not $400.00
Positives:
Bed very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. I liked the early hours for breakfast- although breakfast was quite limited.
Negatives:
Coffee maker could have been cleaner, and I had 4 packages of decaf, no regular coffee. The room was in general run down, in need of various repairs. The door knob cushion was out of the wall, and the doors looked pretty scraped up. It was more run down than I expected for the amount of money I paid.

Unfortunately the ck-in receptionist did not seem happy and it showed. There were multiple people cking in and finally another woman came to the desk computer but never looked up or offered to help until she was specifically asked. Neither one smiled or was warm and welcoming. Hardly any eye contact. Inside of elevator doors extremely smudged as if not cleaned for several days. Room extremely dated. Lamps and faucets still had water stains and dust, neither the room entry light nor the nite light worked. At 12 midnight I had to call the desk to let them know there was extremely loud yelling, singing, crying, arguing that was coming from the adjacent room. The noise continued until about 2pm. I am not a complainer at all so very disappointed in the room cost in comparison to the condition of the facility and the overall experience. Sadly I would not stay here again.
