The room was great...clean and very quiet.

There were a couple of issues that Maintenance should take care of.
At the entrance to the elevator , the metal transit strip is raised and not level with the flooring in the actual elevator. A tripping hazard for sure, and difficult to roll the luggage cart over. It seems that new flooring has been added inside the elevator causing, therefore it to be thicker than the hallway and requiring a beveled strip. We did mention this to the front desk staff. Also, in the hallway between the elevator and lobby, on the left side 1 piece end of chair rail is not attached firmly and clothing is easily caught on it as walking.

Positives:
It was a clean room and a comfy bed. Plenty of free parking. Free fruit, coffee and tea.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a buffet that had plastic plates and plastic cutlery, which in a Hilton associated hotel I thought was below expectations. Some of the bagels tasted a little stale.
There is only one lift, so it can take a while to get up and down the levels, even though there are only a few levels.
The air conditioning even though we turned it off, still made a lot of noise.
